The cooking chamber is made of 3cm refractory stone certified for food use. Built with 3cm rockwool insulation between the cooking chamber and roof to avoid heat dispersion. Great for pizza parties, bake pizzas like a professional restaurant and cooking times as fast as 2 mins per pizza.
